tt: store is_wifi & isolation flag per announcing originator

Description
To avoid TT CRC hazards, store is_wifi & isolation flags on a per originator basis, compute / cache the combined flags via bitwise OR. CRC computation is done via per-originator entries and not the globally cached flags.
- Has duplicate Bug #338: batman-adv2017.1 unstable with multicast optimization added
There is a patch from Linus which needs to be reviewed and tested:
- Related to Bug #335: tt: remove is_wifi & isolation flag from multicast tt entries added
- Priority changed from Normal to High
- Status changed from New to Closed
- Target version set to 2017.3
Closing this because the patch was released a while ago.
